由聚合物乳胶粉、纳米级二氧化硅、精细骨料、特种水泥、无机颜料、填料及添加剂等共20多种原材料所组成的水硬性复合材料。

It is a hard composite material consisting of 20 kinds of raw materials, such as polymer latex powder, nanometer silicon dioxide, fine aggregate, special cement, inorganic pigment, filler and additive.

其材料与水搅拌后具有优异的流动性,稍加辅助性摊铺就能流动找平的高性能地面用材料。

三、使用方法Make the method

基层准备/ Preparaed at the grass-roots level

1.基层面打磨处理，清理干净，保证表面洁净、干燥、结实，无油漆、胶质等疏松杂物。

The surface of the base is ground and cleaned to ensure that the surface is clean, dry and strong, and there is no loose material such as paint and gum.

2.基层面有开裂、起壳、破损区域用高强修补砂浆进行找平修补。

Cracks, shelling and damaged areas at the base surface are leveled and repaired with high strength repair mortar.

3.为充分发挥自流平水泥的性能，所有基层都必须底涂。

In order to give full play to the self-leveling cement performance , All base must be paint base coat.

施工程序/ Construction procedure

1.基层面底涂，刷1-2遍功能水性界面剂待干燥后，开始自流平材料施工。

Base coat for bottom coating, brush 1-2 times multifunctional water-based interface agent, after drying, start self leveling material construction.

2.按比例称重水与料，机械快速搅拌三分钟，停半分钟，再搅拌一分钟，混合浆液呈无结块的流体。

Proportionally weigh the water and materials. The machine will be stirred quickly for three minutes, stopping for half a minute, stirring for another minute, and the mixed slurry is non caking fluid.

自流平浆液用8-20目的钢丝网筛过滤后铺设较佳。

3. 自流平材料浇注需均匀摊铺到预定厚度，可用带齿耙辅助流平

The self leveling material should be evenly spread to a predetermined thickness, and can be leveled with a rake.

在浆液初凝前，用消泡滚筒滚扎地面以排除混合时带入的空气。

4.自流平地面干燥后方何行走（约5h），24h后可行轻型车，7d后完全开放使用。

涂布封闭漆/ Coated lacquer

1.为更好的保护材料整体性能，使用专用水性封闭漆表面处理.

In order to better protect the overall performance of the material, special waterborne sealing paint is used for surface treatment.

2. 用切割机在原混凝土基层分格缝处切割缝，然后用结构胶或填缝剂填充。

Use the cutting machine to cut the seam at the original concrete base, then fill it with structural adhesive or sealant.

四、应用范围Application scope

1．可直接用于重载轻载工业地坪、商业地坪、家装地坪、办公室地坪、地下车库地坪。。

   Used for concrete and mortar base surface defects, uneven repair.

3．可用于地坪铺装其它材料前的自流平找平层。

It can be used for high strength and high strength self leveling leveling layer.

4．不宜在旧有机防水层上直接接触使用。

It is not suitable for direct contact with old organic waterproofing layer.

五、包装与储存Packaging and storage

1．塑编复合袋包装，净重25公斤/袋。

2．保质期12个月，保存过程中注意防晒、防潮。

The shelf life is 6 months. Attention should be paid to sunscreen and moisture-proof during storage.
